This 7-day, 6-night adventure is ideal for climbers seeking a quieter, well-paced trek with a high success rate of 85–90%.

Starting from the northern side of the mountain near the Kenyan border, the Rongai Route provides a gradual ascent through lush rainforests, alpine deserts, and volcanic terrains, offering ample time for acclimatization. Along the way, experience the diverse ecosystems of Kilimanjaro, spot unique wildlife, and enjoy panoramic vistas of the African plains. The journey culminates at Uhuru Peak (5,895m / 19,341ft), the Roof of Africa, delivering an unforgettable sense of achievement and memories that will last a lifetime.

The best climbing periods are during the dry seasons, from June to October and December to mid-March, ensuring safe trekking conditions.
