Thank you for choosing Kishapui Africa Adventures for your safari and travel experience in Tanzania. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Kishapui Africa Adventures (the tour operator) and govern all bookings, tours, and services we provide.

By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. We strongly encourage you to review this page carefully before finalizing your reservation.

1. Bookings

All safari and tour bookings with Kishapui Africa Adventures must be confirmed in writing, either electronically or via a signed travel agreement. This agreement applies to all participants included in the booking.

The person making the booking accepts full responsibility on behalf of all travelers listed in the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, we will issue a written confirmation and official invoice via email. Clients are responsible for reviewing all booking details and notifying us immediately of any discrepancies.

2. Payments

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total tour cost is required within 14 days of booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date. All payments must include your booking reference number.

For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking, and Kishapui Africa Adventures reserves the right to retain the deposit to cover administrative and operational costs.

3. Prices and Service Adjustments

While we strive to maintain accurate and stable pricing, certain external factors may require price adjustments. Kishapui Africa Adventures reserves the right to revise prices due to:

• Fluctuations in foreign exchange rates
• Changes in government taxes or national park fees
• Increased fuel or transportation costs

Important Notes:

• Price changes apply only if more than 30 days remain before the tour start date.
• In the event of essential service changes, clients will be informed promptly and offered suitable alternatives or, where applicable, a full refund.

4. Cancellations by the Client

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email and are effective only once acknowledged by Kishapui Africa Adventures.

The following cancellation charges apply:

• 30 days or more before departure: 50% of the total tour cost is non-refundable
• Less than 30 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost is non-refundable
• Deposits paid for accommodations, flights, park permits, and special services are strictly non-refundable
• No refunds are issued for no-shows or unused services

In certain cases, partial refunds for unused services may be considered at our discretion.

5. Cancellations or Changes by the Tour Operator

Kishapui Africa Adventures reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to:

• Participant behavior that poses a risk or disrupts the experience of others
• Failure to meet the minimum group size (clients will receive a full refund)
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or safety concerns

In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable.

6. Liability and Responsibility

Kishapui Africa Adventures works with licensed guides, reputable lodges, and trusted transport providers to deliver safe and professional services. However, we are not liable for acts, omissions, or services provided by third parties, including airlines, accommodation providers, or transport companies.

Clients are responsible for complying with all immigration, customs, and health regulations. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, evacuation, and personal belongings.

7. Outdoor Risks and Adventure Travel

Safaris and adventure travel in Tanzania involve inherent risks, including wildlife encounters, rough terrain, altitude, and changing weather conditions. By booking with Kishapui Africa Adventures, you acknowledge and accept these risks as part of the experience.

Participants are advised to carry appropriate gear, personal medications, and insurance coverage for adventure and outdoor activities.

8. Participant Responsibilities

All travelers are expected to:

• Follow instructions provided by guides and staff
• Respect wildlife, local communities, and fellow travelers
• Report any concerns or issues promptly
• Avoid reckless or disruptive behavior

Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund or compensation.

9. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with entry requirements for Tanzania, including:

• Passport validity of at least six months beyond travel dates
• Appropriate visas obtained in advance or on arrival
• Required vaccinations and health precautions

Failure to meet entry requirements does not qualify for refunds or penalty-free cancellations.

10. Force Majeure

Kishapui Africa Adventures shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Political instability or strikes
• Airline or transportation disruptions
• Government regulations or border closures

We will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements but cannot guarantee full refunds in such situations.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
